Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a passion for hair restoration, hair transplantation, and regenerative medicine to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical skills with innovative aesthetic procedures, helping patients achieve their confidence and wellness goals. Working under the Center Medical Director, the ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment. You will work closely with experienced physicians and specialists to provide comprehensive treatment plans, perform minimally invasive procedures, and support ongoing research initiatives. This position is fully paid and includes opportunities for professional growth, partnership whithin the company and outside the company, in the expanding field of regenerative medicine.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and medical evaluations
- Lead a group or technicians and experts in the area
- Assist with and perform hair transplantation, hair restoration, and regenerative medicine procedures
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education
- Perform follow-up evaluations and monitor treatment outcomes
- Support PRP, mesotherapy, and non-surgical hair restoration therapies
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and EMR records
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient care
- Participate in clinic growth initiatives, patient engagement, and operational support
- Some regional travel may occasionally be required for training, outreach clinics, or conferences
Qualifications
- Active Maryland Physician Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure)
- NCCPA certification required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in hair transplantation, aesthetics, dermatology, surgery, regenerative medicine, or procedural medicine preferred
- Prior experience in surgical, dermatology, aesthetics, family medicine, or medical office settings is a plus but not necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative clinical environment
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
