What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and annual wellness exams.
- Build meaningful patient relationships in a practice where continuity of care is a priority.
- Work collaboratively with the physician and fellow NP in a collegial and team-oriented setting.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, lifestyle changes, and disease prevention.
- Document patient encounters accurately using eClinicalWorks EMR.
- Maintain a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach while treating patients from all backgrounds.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Certified NP or PA with at least 2 years of experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine. ✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team. ✔ Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills. ✔ Excellent communication and patient education skills. ✔ Comfortable working in a private practice setting where patient care comes first. ✔ CPR certified and proficient in basic procedures such as IV insertion and catheterization.
