We are a new, physician-owned private dermatology practice located in Wellesley, MA and are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This role will include both medical and cosmetic dermatology. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, clinically strong PA who enjoys autonomy, high-quality patient care, and helping build a practice from the ground up.
Summary
The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, excellent patient rapport, and is comfortable managing a full dermatology schedule independently.
Qualifications
- PA-C with 5+ years of experience in dermatology
- Active Massachusetts licensure
- Experience with medical dermatology, skin cancer screenings, biopsies, and minor procedures
- Experience with cosmetic treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser or energy-based devices (preferred)
- Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Professional, patient-centered, and team-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
