Full Job Description

Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, Children’s Hospital, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Join our Heart & Vascular team where you will provide general cardiology services and stress testing at Baystate Medical Center and our outpatient clinic in Springfield.
  • This full time position involves involves 8-hour day shifts, primarily Monday through Friday. No nights or call.
  • The position is split between inpatient and outpatient stress testing.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of cardiologists, APPs, nurses, and support staff to provide patient-centered coordination of care.
  • Baystate employs over 450 Advanced Practitioners across our 5 hospitals and 90+ practices. Our APPs enjoy strong APP leadership, ability to participate in committees and QI projects, and many professional development and promotional opportunities.
  • Qualifications: Board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
