Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Palmer. MA
- Enjoy 1:1 medical assistant support, 24-hour nurse triage, onsite lab, behavioral health network integration, and direct access to our large multispecialty group.

- Flexible schedule. Full time and part time work is available. Full time consists of 32 patient facing hours.

Qualifications: Board certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
