Job Summary

We are seeking a 40-hour Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support our Family Medicine office. Weekly schedules consist of 36 hours of patient-facing, clinical time, and 4 hours of administrative time. This includes traditional primary care visits and same day sick appointments. With this model, providers work autonomously to the top of their licensure while also functioning as part of a team. Because patients typically come to us when they aren’t feeling their best, it is incredibly important to us that our staff members strive to provide the compassion and emotional support our patients need.
