We currently have a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant position supporting our Internal Medicine department in our practices located in Easton, MA. The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will work collaboratively on a team to provide direct clinical care within an ambulatory internal medicine practice. Clinical care includes same day urgent care, a range of wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care. We offer superior staffing resources and a fully integrated EMR system.

Education: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Must be nationally certified as an FNP or AGNP, graduate from an accredited master’s degree NP program and possess state licensure to practice as an APRN. Current license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Physician Assistant (PA) – Must have national certification and Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensure as a Physician Assistant. NP/PA – Must possess and maintain, or be eligible for, Mass DPH Controlled Substance registration and DEA registration.

Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of specialty specific and/or ambulatory experience to include chronic disease management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
