Full Job Description
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Immediate opening for an experienced full time family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to work at a well-established Practice in Southeastern Massachusetts. Responsibilities include occupational health services, providing acute care, interpretation of diagnostics and the ordering of medications and other therapeutics. The candidate must be a team player with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, as this position will require the mid-level provider to work independently in collaboration with physician oversight and backup. The house for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Education/Requirements:
- Certified nurse practitioner or physician?s assistant through appropriate national certifying body for adult, family, acute and/or geriatrics care;
- Active Massachusetts State Licensure
- History of 3-5 years of experience working with a diverse primary care population;
- Experience with computer systems, including web based applications, Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

- Ability to exercise good judgment and clinical decision making
