Job Title: Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our dynamic orthopedic and pain management team in Norfolk County, MA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in orthopedics or pain management, with proficiency in administering joint injections. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and pain management conditions.
- Administer joint injections (e.g., corticosteroid, hyaluronic acid) with precision and expertise.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRIs, and laboratory studies.
- Prescribe and manage medications according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Certification from a nationally recognized certifying body (e.g., NCCPA, ANCC, AANP).
