Job Description:
Seacoast General Surgery, a member of the Seacoast Affiliated Group Practices (SAGP) at Anna Jaques Hospital, is seeking a driven and clinically skilled Physician Assistant to join our surgical team.
As part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, you will work in a high-volume, collaborative environment that balances inpatient management, surgical first-assisting, ER consults, and outpatient clinic care. We are looking for a provider who excels in multidisciplinary teamwork and is dedicated to providing high-quality care to the Merrimack Valley and North Shore communities.

Candidate Requirements

Clinical Excellence: Strong capabilities in surgical diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.

Collaboration: A natural aptitude for working across disciplines (nursing, anesthesia, primary care).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Surgical PA and/or critical care experience preferred.

Certification: Current Physician Assistant MA License

Pay Range:
$105,000.00 USD – $170,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
