NOTICE OF FILING LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION
Open Clinica, LLC seeks one H-1B nonimmigrant in the following occupation: Test/Quality Engineer II. Base salary would be between one hundred two thousand five hundred sixty-six dollars and one hundred thirty-five thousand dollars per year. Certification period requested will be from November 17, 2025 to December 20, 2026. Designated worksites: 163 Highland Ave, Needham, MA 02494 (Norfolk County) and 1075 Main Street, Suite 140, Waltham, Massachusetts 02451 (Middlesex County).
The Labor Condition Application will be available for public inspection at the employer’s principal place of business.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
