Located in Western Massachusetts and led by trans and gender-diverse professionals, we are redefining what compassionate, gender-affirming healthcare looks like. Through expert care, community support, education, and advocacy, we’re creating a future where every trans and gender-diverse person feels celebrated and in control of their healthcare journey. Be part of a team that honors the resilience of our community and works to transform the world—one step, one story, and one life at a time.

Transhealth is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We strongly encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including trans, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and are an equal opportunity employer.

Why You Should Choose Transhealth

  • Competitive benefits including low cost health and dental plans with employer-paid HSA covering 100% of deductible; generous paid time off and sick leave policies
  • We prioritize patient-centered care by offering 30 to 60-minute appointment times, giving our providers the opportunity to build deeper connections with patients and minimize time charting outside of work hours.
  • Full support team of wonderful medical assistants, nurses, and an integrated psychiatric prescriber
  • Patient panel size far smaller than national average
  • Flexible scheduling including options for in person and hybrid appointments depending on provider preference.
  • No overnight or weekend work except one week of on-call every 5 weeks– supported by external nurse triage service so providers average 1-2 calls [compensated] during the course of the week.
