Physician Assistant – Primary Care / Adult MedicineLocation: Boston, MACompensation: $140,000 – $147,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Manage your own patient panel and deliver comprehensive primary care services
- Conduct patient visits (80 per week within a 40-hour schedule)
- Perform detailed histories and targeted physical exams
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across the adult population
- Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic results
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and support teams to drive excellent patient outcomes
- Promote preventive care and proactive health management
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current Massachusetts PA license and NCCPA certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years’ primary care experience in an adult or family medicine setting (community health experience strongly preferred) – MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE OWN PANEL
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
