Full Job Description
Job Title: Provider – Occupational Health (NP or PA)
Duration: Full Time Permanent
Shift: 4×10-hour shifts OR 5×8 hours shifts
Location: Boston, MA
Salary Range: $ 120,000 – 145,000 Annually
Sign on bonus: Yes

(Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
Requirements:
- MS degree in Nursing AND Minimum of three years of current clinical nursing experience and two years’ experience in adult practice required.
- Completion of an accredited educational program for nurse practitioners or physician assistants required.
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with authorization by the Board of Registration in Nursing to practice in an expanded role.
- Registered with the ANCC or other accrediting organization for Nurse Practitioners.
- Registered with the State of Massachusetts and DEA for prescription writing privileges.
- Current BLS and ACLS Certification.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in Occupational Health preferred.
