Position: Physician AssistantLocation: Waldorf, MD 20602Job type: Contract, Full-timeContract Duration: 3 MonthsPay Rate: $55 – $68 per hourSchedule & Work Hours:

• Day (7:45 AM – 4:15 PM)
• 5×8-Hours (40 hrs/week)
• Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri

As a Joint Commission – accredited leader in healthcare staffing, we ensure trust and peace of mind for both our clinicians and partner facilities.Position Summary:Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting, including routine exams, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health counseling. The role requires strong clinical judgment, efficiency in managing patients , timely documentation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide highly accurate and thorough primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population, focusing on delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears, with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all procedures are performed to the highest standards.
• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions using evidence-based practices and your deep clinical expertise.
• Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness, offering well-researched and data-driven advice.
• Efficiently manage urgent complaints typical of a primary care clinic, using your advanced knowledge and critical thinking skills to provide swift and effective care.
• Review all labs and clinical documents promptly and accurately, ensuring no detail is overlooked in patient care.
• Complete charting in the electronic medical record, utilizing technology and systems efficiently to maintain accuracy and clarity.
• Comfortably see approximately 2-2.4 patients per hour on average, applying your technical skills to handle each case effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, setting an example of clinical excellence and expert communication in interactions with both patients and staff.

AL01Required Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any Specialization
• Must have a High School Diploma in Specialization
• Good to have a Master’s Degree in physician Assistant Specialization
• Nice to have knowledge in Certified P.A Specialization
