We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional aesthetic services to our clients and front desk duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

**Duties:**
– Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments
– Perform all front desk duties (Greetings guests, Scheduling and documenting)
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
– Offer retail sales services, including consultations, upsells, and product recommendations.
– Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
– Stay current with industry developments and advancements through continuous education and training.
– Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client experiences.
– Participate in social media content to promote the business and engage with clients.
**Requirements:**
– Medspa experience
– Current certification or licensure as a physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner.
– Proven experience in the field of esthetics, including experience with various laser treatments and techniques.
– Strong understanding of sanitation and safety protocols.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
– Familiarity with social media management and retail sales techniques is an asset.
– Must be comfortable with a variety of aesthetic treatments.
– Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
