We focus on delivering personalized care and managing complex medical conditions. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or physician assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellent patient care.
Duties:
– Provide primary care services to patients from age 18 and above.- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments.- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.- Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.- Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems .

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
