Our practice is built on collaboration, clinical excellence, and a shared commitment to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care. This is an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor who wants to grow their own patient base within a supportive environment and potentially take on a larger, long-term role within the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Patient Outcomes

  • Deliver high-quality chiropractic care grounded in an evidence-based practice paradigm
  • Utilize a patient-centered approach aligned with our office philosophy
  • Certification or training in Flexion-Distraction (F&D) is strongly preferred
  • Maintain strong clinical judgment and adapt care plans to individual patient needs

Patient Experience

  • Build strong relationships through a friendly, inquisitive, and compassionate bedside manner
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients
  • Ensure patients feel heard, understood, and confident in their care

Team Collaboration & Culture

  • Work closely with other providers in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
  • Co-treat patients when appropriate and refer internally to optimize outcomes
  • Cover fellow providers’ patients as needed while maintaining consistency in treatment approach
  • Adapt to office systems, workflows, and evolving needs

Practice Growth & Ownership Mindset

  • Actively build and manage your own patient base
  • Take ownership of patient outcomes and retention
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the practice
  • Demonstrate interest in long-term growth, with potential for future operational leadership or ownership

Operations & Professionalism

  • Maintain an excellent attitude and strong work ethic
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • Work scheduled office hours and adhere to established policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a smooth, efficient daily workflow

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
  • Active Massachusetts license (additional state licensure is a plus)
  • Strong alignment with evidence-based, patient-centered care
  • Flexion-Distraction (F&D) training or certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation structured as a 50/50 split (fee-for-service) until a mutually agreed-upon weekly average visit threshold is reached (e.g., 30 visits/week)
  • W-2 employee status (practice covers employer-side taxes including Social Security)
  • Malpractice insurance and license renewal fees covered
  • Stipend for continuing medical education/certifications
  • IRA with employer match
  • Access to office EMR, equipment, staff, and resources

Ideal Candidate

  • Friendly, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment
  • Motivated to build a patient base and take ownership of their practice
  • Aligned with a collaborative, patient-first philosophy
