Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Assistant (PA)
Location: Optimize U Lexington – Lexington, KY
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We offer advanced therapies in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, aesthetics, metabolic health, IV therapy, athletic recovery, and weight management. As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant to join our team and be part of a movement that empowers patients to take charge of their wellness journey.
Your Role
As a NP or PA at Optimize U, you will be at the forefront of functional and regenerative medicine. You’ll provide patient-centered care, develop personalized treatment plans, and help patients reclaim their energy, confidence, and vitality through evidence-based therapies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough patient evaluations including medical histories, symptom reviews, and physical exams
Create and manage individualized care plans for hormone therapy, weight loss, peptide therapy, and metabolic optimization
Educate patients on their lab results, medication protocols, lifestyle changes, and recovery tools
Administer injections and IV therapy as needed; monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless, high-quality care
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with clinic and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Kentucky
Experience or strong interest in hormone therapy, functional medicine, peptides, or weight management preferred
Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
A patient-first mindset with a passion for wellness and preventive care
Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team
