Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner-Women’s Health, Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Work Schedule: Full Time Monday – Thursday 8:30am-4:00pm, Friday 8:30am-12:00pm
OverviewPearl OBGYN and Pearl Girl Clinics are growing!! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Pearl OBGYN team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and promoting overall health and wellness. This role requires a strong understanding of medical practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications, and perform procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients about health management, prevention and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- completion of all documentation in a timely manner.
- Place orders, interpret and provide results for labs and imaging.
Qualifications
Education/Certifications/Licenses/Registrations
Current State of Kansas PA or APRN Licensure, Board certification, DEA and CME requirements.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment.
- Proficiency in ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis documentation.
- Experience in Women’s Health care is preferred.
- Ability to administer medications safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with procedures such as IUD insertions/removals, Nexplanon insertion/removals, and colposcopy is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care processes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
