Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Urogynecology

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team.

We focus exclusively on the diagnosis and treatment of female pelvic floor disorders, helping women with conditions such as vaginal/uterine prolapse, incontinence, recurrent UTIs, painful intercourse, and chronic pelvic pain.

What You’ll Do

You will run your own clinic, managing a panel of patients with pelvic floor conditions. You’ll work closely with our female pelvic surgeons and team to deliver efficient, compassionate care, while continuously building your expertise in this high-demand subspecialty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage pelvic floor disorders in new and established patients (average 18 patients/day).
  • Manage post-operative conditions and follow-up care.
  • Perform pessary fittings and other in-office procedures.
  • Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment options.
  • Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures (e.g., injections, biopsies, bladder instillation, etc).
  • Prescribe medication and therapies within your scope of practice.
  • Collaborate directly with our surgeons and clinical team.

Qualifications

  • Licensed NP (Kansas Board of Nursing) or PA (Kansas State Board of Healing Arts) with current board certification.
  • Prior experience in gynecology, urogynecology, or urology required.
  • Strong understanding of female pelvic anatomy and general gynecology.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for women’s health and long-term patient relationships.
