Provisions Health is actively seeking an 1099 Nurse Practitioner/Physicians Assistant to complete compensation and pension evaluations for our veterans!
This is an excellent opportunity to help Veterans with a professional, growing team. Flexible work hours for you as an individual or your practice. We will schedule with you and the clinic in mind. Looking for one day a week, just depends on the location needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Compensation and Pension Examinations on Veterans.
- Complete a thorough review of medical records on a cloud-based EHR.
- Conduct physical assessments based on specific disability claims, can be extensive charting.
- Submit information gathered through an online portal for the VA to review as part of a compensation/pension claim.
- All exams will take place at approved facilities with proper equipment and internet access provided.
- If you have your own practice you can conduct these exams with a flexible schedule that works with your current patient scheduling.
Benefits:
- Flexible Schedule: Choose the days and times you’d like to work each month(4-7 days per month, 5-8 hours per day on average).
- Sign On Bonus: 650$ sign on bonus(payed upon completion of your 20th exam).

Qualifications:
- Board-certified Family and Adult Nurse Practitioners/Physicians Assistant
- Two years NPPA Experience and/or some prior VA work is ideal.
- Design your own schedule. Availability of at least 4 to 7 days a month is preferred. SOME AREAS HAVE FULL TIME
- Must be within 50 miles from town, depending on location, Miles of location applying to.
