The RoleWe are seeking a high-caliber Nurse Practitioner to serve as the clinicl leader of our practice. In this leadership role, you won’t just see patients; you will steer the clinical direction of our integrated team. You will collaborate with a diverse group of specialists to solve complex musculoskeletal issues using a “root-cause” approach. What You’ll DoAs the cornerstone of our integrated clinical team, you are trusted with significant autonomy and backed by colleagues committed to excellence. Day to day, you will:
- Lead the Clinical Team: Act as the clinical authority, collaborating with an interprofessional team to deliver seamless, high-quality orthopedic care.
- Architect Care Plans: Evaluate new patients and design individualized, prevention-first treatment plans for a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Advanced Procedures: Perform and supervise specialized injections (trigger point, joint, spine, and more) to restore patient mobility.
- Drive Outcomes: Track patient progress closely, fine-tune care plans, and champion every win — big or small.
- Mentor & Educate: Lead and mentor assistants and staff, building a clinical environment rooted in empathy and elite standards.
- Patient Advocacy: Educate and empower patients to stay committed to their long-term health journey.

- Credentials: Valid NP license in Iowa and full eligibility for malpractice insurance.
- Experience: 1+ year of NP experience; private practice background is a strong plus.
- Technical Skill: Joint (including spinal) and trigger point injection experience is preferred, though we offer extensive off-site training for the right leader.
