Full Job Description

At Resolve Medical, we measure success the same way you do — by real, lasting improvements in our patients’ lives. We’re not a symptom-chasing clinic. We dig deeper, treat the whole person, and build care plans that actually move the needle.

The RoleWe are seeking a high-caliber Nurse Practitioner to serve as the clinicl leader of our practice. In this leadership role, you won’t just see patients; you will steer the clinical direction of our integrated team. You will collaborate with a diverse group of specialists to solve complex musculoskeletal issues using a “root-cause” approach. If you’re an NP who gets fired up about clinical outcomes and wants to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced — keep reading.

What You’ll DoAs the cornerstone of our integrated clinical team, you are trusted with significant autonomy and backed by colleagues committed to excellence. Day to day, you will:

  • Lead the Clinical Team: Act as the clinical authority, collaborating with an interprofessional team to deliver seamless, high-quality orthopedic care.
  • Architect Care Plans: Evaluate new patients and design individualized, prevention-first treatment plans for a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Advanced Procedures: Perform and supervise specialized injections (trigger point, joint, spine, and more) to restore patient mobility.
  • Drive Outcomes: Track patient progress closely, fine-tune care plans, and champion every win — big or small.
  • Mentor & Educate: Lead and mentor assistants and staff, building a clinical environment rooted in empathy and elite standards.
  • Patient Advocacy: Educate and empower patients to stay committed to their long-term health journey.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Leadership Presence: You are ready to step into a lead role, taking ownership of patient outcomes and team culture.
  • Orthopedic Interest: You have a passion for musculoskeletal health and integrated medicine.
  • Credentials: Valid NP license in Iowa and full eligibility for malpractice insurance.
  • Experience: 1+ year of NP experience; private practice background is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skill: Joint (including spinal) and trigger point injection experience is preferred, though we offer extensive off-site training for the right leader.
  • Mindset: You’re self-motivated, curious, and believe in upstream, prevention-based medicine.
