Medical Pain & Spine Care of Indiana is a patient-focused, team-oriented pain management clinic located in the heart of Noblesville, Indiana. We provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals living with acute and chronic pain. Our practice offers interventional procedures, medication management, and multidisciplinary approaches to improve function and quality of life.
We are currently seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values patient-centered care, and has a strong interest in pain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new and returning patients with chronic or acute pain conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
- Provide medication management, including opioid and non-opioid pain regimens in compliance with state/federal regulations
- Assist with or perform in-office procedures, such as trigger point injections, joint injections, and nerve blocks (training provided if needed)
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
- Educate patients on pain conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
- Document all clinical findings, treatments, and plans thoroughly and timely using EMR
- Coordinate care with referring providers, physical therapists, behavioral health, and other specialties
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical team meetings
Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted Indiana NP or PA license
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- 1+ years of experience preferred in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or primary care (new grads with strong clinical rotations will be considered)
- Strong understanding of chronic pain conditions, pharmacology, and non-pharmacologic approaches
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
