Location: Noblesville & Westfield, IndianaPosition Type: Full-TimeSchedule: 12 daytime shifts per month (12-hour shifts; mix of weekends and holidays)

  • Westfield: 10 AM – 10 PM
  • Noblesville: 11 AM – 11 PM

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our emergency medicine team at two community hospital emergency departments in Noblesville and Westfield, Indiana.

Our group is a physician-led emergency medicine practice that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and work-life balance. You will work alongside a supportive and collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff in a fast-paced yet collegial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients presenting to the emergency department.
  • Perform histories, physical examinations, diagnostic interpretations, and therapeutic procedures within scope of practice.
  • Collaborate closely with emergency physicians, nurses, and other team members to deliver high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care.
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives focused on quality improvement and patient safety.

Qualifications

  • Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with current Indiana licensure (or ability to obtain).
  • Prior emergency medicine or urgent care experience required.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based emergency care.
