Job SummaryWe are a private, physician-owned and operated emergency medicine group in Southern Indiana seeking a PA or NP for a full time position starting in October 2025. We provide emergency services at a community hospital with a diverse patient population and broad range of pathology/acuity. The ideal candidate will have experience, but it is not a prerequisite.
Responsibilities
- Conduct emergency department patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of a physician.
- Perform procedures such as laceration repairs, abscess I/Ds, foreign body removal.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using medical terminology.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities to stay current with advancements in internal medicine.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Valid Physician Assistant license or eligibility for licensure in the relevant state.
- Experience in ER, OR, or internal medicine preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with clinical research practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $129,360.00 – $141,120.00 per year
