Full Job Description
Location: Indianapolis IN
Details:
- Inpatient, OR, Surgery Center and Clinic coverage
- Will travel between 2 facilities, 15 min apart
- Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
- No weekends, no call
- 16 PPD in half-day clinic
- 2-4 hours of inpatient rounding
- Total joint, general ortho and sports medicine
- August 18 through January 16
- Maternity leave coverage
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 30 days
Skills and Requirements:
- NP or PA certification
- Active Indiana NP or PA license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1-year Orthopedic Surgery experience
Pay Rate:
- $145.00 per hour
- Completion bonus with contract completion
Travel Benefits:
If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits. You will have your travel and lodging arranged by our travel department and paid for in full.
Provided Travel Expenses:
- Round-trip flight
- Rental car and fuel
- Mileage reimbursement (in lieu of flight and rental car)
- Lodging
This assignment is a 1099 contract position. Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits.
