Financial Analyst (Clinical Research)

This position is full time, hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days working from home) located in Downtown Indianapolis.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides financial data analysis of study budgets and financial data management for clinical research projects to support operational and financial decision-making.
  • Responsibilities include managing Confidential Disclosure Agreements, subject bill reviews, assisting with budget building, sponsor invoicing, review and payment of bills from IUH/IUSM entities and bank deposit routing.
  • Possesses time management abilities and a deadline-oriented focus.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills to effectively gather project requirements and foster relationships with internal and external customers.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.

  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
