Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
This position is a dedicated NIGHT SHIFT position. Due to the nature of this position, it is only open to PAs who have experience in Emergency Medicine or Critical care. The successful candidate will be able to work well independently to care for emergency room patients.
While our group often hires new grads for other positions in the schedule, no new grads will be considered for this particular position.
The shift is worked in a repeating template, 7 nights on/7 nights off, 11p-8a. A shift differential is paid for night shift hours, which is included in the estimated hourly rate listed above. PAs with more experience would potentially make a higher overall rate of pay as their base hourly rate would be higher. (We are also open to splitting the weeks, if interested in one week of overnights and one week of days/evenings per month.)
