Job Description
We are currently seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing team. The provider will work in subacute facilities, providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients with various physical and functional impairments.
Qualifications
- Current Indiana license.
- Physician Assistant
- Experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pain Management, Family Medicine, Other.
- Current DEA licensure
- Highly relationship oriented and ability to passionately serve patients in acute and sub acute care settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments for patients to determine functional abilities, limitations, and needs.
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures. Adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Review current symptoms and identifying diagnosis to be used in care management and active medical management of treatment.
- High patient satisfaction and improved health status including reduced hospitalization and ER visits.
- Critical thinking to address patient needs, providing the appropriate resources and follow-up care to improve stability.
- Educating patients on topics such as disease process, medication, and compliance.
- Comply with all HIPAA regulations and maintain security of protected health information.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $114,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
