Full Job Description
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available in a school setting located in Albion, IN, for the 2026/2027 school year. This role involves working on-site with a caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade alongside one other SLP. While the primary preference is for an SLP, qualified SLPAs are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students from K-12.
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and document student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall speech and language program.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP or SLPA certification/license as applicable.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
