Full-Time Orthopedic Physician AssistantLocation: Tinley Park & Oak Lawn, ILPay Range: $90,000 – $130,000/year (based on experience and schedule)

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated, and team-oriented Physician Assistant (PA-C) to support our orthopedic surgeons in both clinic and surgical settings.

What You’ll Do

• See patients in clinic — from initial evaluations to post-op follow-ups
• First-assist in the OR during orthopedic procedures
• Review labs, imaging, and H&Ps to support treatment decisions
• Provide patient education that’s thorough and easy to understand
• Round on hospital patients and manage consults
• Collaborate closely with our surgeons and care team
• Cast, splint, and perform in-office procedures as needed
• Engage with the community through local events and outreach opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• NCCPA-certified or eligible
• PA-C license required (Illinois)
• Orthopedic or surgical experience is a plus — but we’re open to training the right candidate
• Confident, eager to learn, and able to keep pace in a busy clinical environment
