Full Job Description

Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in Western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking an Advanced Provider to join our team of dedicated and innovative Providers at Baystate Family Medicine – Northampton; A diverse community dedicated to delivering expert healthcare experiences.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Join our integrated team of 5 skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physicians and 3 Advanced Practitioners
  • Enjoy 1:1 medical assistant support, nurse triage (days, nights and 1st call), onsite lab, behavioral health network integration, direct access to our large multispecialty group, state-of-the-art EMR, and strong tech support
  • Supportive work and learning environment with strong Advanced Practitioner & Physician collaboration

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a primary care or specialty setting. Strong commitment to working with our underserved community and comfortable with medically complex patients and the ability to function well as part of a medical team is essential.
