CENTRAL ILLINOIS URGENT CARE CLINICS in LINCOLN & FORSYTH ILLINOIS –
Full time positionS for Nurse Practitioner & Physician Assistant with a start date of July or August 2025.
Attention – Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Interested to be part of Lincoln or Forsyth first Urgent Care Centers. An opportunity to join our team and provide exceptional care to Lincoln or Forsyth and surrounding communities. Hours of operations –Monday through Friday – 9 to 7 pm. Saturdays and Sundays – 10 to 6 pm. Shifts are on a rotation schedule among the providers. Examples of shift coverage: first week – 3 weekdays; second week – 2 weekdays and Saturday and Sunday. Desire candidates with work history in an Urgent Care and or ER environments with fund of knowledge of acute care, laceration repairs, contusions and fracture care, school/sport physicals, DOT physicals, pre-employment physicals, and work comp injuries. Excellent bedside manners working with patients, families and community providers.

Pay: $125,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
