Full Job Description

Why is Cascade Health the right fit for you? We’re a busy, growing nonprofit healthcare organization that is uniquely local and independent! Our compelling mission is to meet the unmet health needs of our neighbors and to make life better for those we have the privilege to serve. For these reasons, community is tightly woven into the fabric of Cascade Health.

Recognized by Oregon Business in the 100 Best Nonprofits to Work for in Oregon Hall of Fame, we are grateful for a quality reputation built on over 60 years of service. Cascade Health offers competitive wages, a supportive workplace culture, and a dedicated group of highly skilled professionals.

This is how you’ve always wanted to practice primary care! Our clinic is low-volume, with high patient engagement. New patient visits are scheduled for a full hour and routine visits are scheduled for 30 minutes. A typical provider will see 10-14 patients a day, providing excellent engagement and patient experience. No call coverage and paid admin time! If you would like to work in a low stress environment with ample time to engage with the patient population this is a great opportunity!

Cascade Health is seeking a Provider (NP or PA) to be responsible for the continuous and comprehensive management of a broad range of health care issues including promotion and maintenance of health, prevention of illness and disability, management of health care during acute or chronic phases of illness, and coordination of care for the employees and dependents of the City of Springfield and Springfield School District.

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or physician assistant program. This position requires current State of Oregon NP or PA licensure, prescriptive drug privileges, a DEA number, and valid CPR card. Two years of clinic experience preferred.
