Position Details
- Title: Physician Assistant Founding Member

- Compensation: $55-$75 per hour (On Target Earnings: $151K for year 1)
- Type: Fast-tracked, part-time to full-time, on-site role

Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients and constructing treatment plans.
- Conducting consultations and interpreting lab results.
- Providing patient education.
- Developing and implementing patient management plans.
- Administering IM/SubQ injections.
- Completing patient charting/documentation within 24 hours.
- Maintaining clinic census goals.
- Complying with legal and professional requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of PA experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Preferably experienced in integrative/functional medicine and related treatment protocols such as BHRT/HRT/TRT.
- Current or interest in developing an integrative specialty focus.
- Active state license, DEA Certificate, and Controlled Substance Registration.
- No pending malpractice lawsuits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $55-$75 per hour, On Target Earnings $151K in year 1.
