Full Job Description

Bespoke Psychiatry is a growing psychiatric practice looking for Nurse Practitioners and / or Physician Assistants. Our group provides the highest quality of psychiatric care in the long term care setting.

We have an immediate need for PMHNPs, APNs, or PAs in numerous locations in both Illinois. Our current area of need in IL is in Champaign.

Our group is unique to any other group out there as you as a provider will have access to supervision and be able to discuss complex cases with two board-certified psychiatrists. In our experience, new graduates and even seasoned providers want someone with whom they can discuss difficult cases. We have two psychiatrists who not only see patients but also love to teach and discuss cases.

We want passionate people who share a team spirit and a positive attitude with coworkers, facility staff, and patients. Empathy, problem-solving skills, and strong communication are vital to the role.

Requirements

-Full time or part time available.

-Incentives: Providers are making additional bonuses to their base salary that are typically within the range of 5k to 10k a year.

-Must have current IL license or in process.

-Excellent interpersonal skills.

-Master’s degree as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.

-PMHNP Board Certification preferred but not required

-Eligible for Prescriptive Authority in Illinois.

-BCLS certification.

-Passion in the mental health field.

-Bilingual preferred.

-Resides in or near the areas we are seeking providers.

-Be willing and able to drive to facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $110,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
