We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistnat, preferably with training and experience in Neurology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating patients with concussions, headaches, low back pain, and other neurological or musculoskeletal conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, including concussions, headaches, and low back pain.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic assessments and interpret results to support patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, treatment plans, and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Illinois.
- 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a neurological or PM&R setting.
- At least 4,000 hours of clinical experience under a collaborative agreement with a physician.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Prior experience in the field of neurology, PM&R or pain medicine is required

Work Location:
- On-site at our River Forest, IL clinic. (No remote work available)
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time.
- Approximately 20–40 hours per week based on candidate availability.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
