OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in outpatient setting. This role requires a strong commitment to patient well-being and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience in a teaching hospital or familiarity with medical imaging is highly desirable.
Our psychiatrist is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join his outpatient psychiatry clinic in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent PA graduate who is enthusiastic about working in the field of psychiatry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Work closely with the psychiatrist to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of psychiatric conditions.
- Conduct patient evaluations, create treatment plans, and follow up on patient progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited PA program.
- Valid PA license in the state of Illinois.
- Strong interest in psychiatry and a commitment to ongoing learning in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Training and Support:
- The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training directly from the psychiatrist.
- Ongoing mentorship and support will be provided to ensure professional growth and development.
