PAIN MEDICINE NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant who can deliver medical care to patients with chronic pain conditions.
We are seeking a professional who values the opportunity to learn and grow clinically, and who is genuinely interested in pain management and functional medicine. As a PA/NP, you will be examining patients, reading diagnostic tests and reports, interpreting data, taking the time with each patient to explain their test results and medical diagnoses, and prescribing therapy or medication with a physician’s approval.
Our center offers various modalities for patients with chronic pain conditions, including medication management and physical therapy.
- Treat chronic pain patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Develop, initiate, and monitor patient treatment plans utilizing current medical guidelines.
- Provide direct treatment and management of patients and appropriate referrals to other healthcare providers (Physical therapy).
- Represent the practice in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner and maintain an appropriate standard of patient care and personal conduct.
- Maintains complete and detailed records of patients’ health care plans and prognoses.
- Detects and responds to adverse drug reactions.
- Schedule follow-up visits to monitor patients or evaluate health or illness care. Maintains current knowledge of state legal regulations.

- pain medicine: 2 years (Required)
