Our client is seeking compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs), or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join a growing behavioral health team providing top-tier psychiatric care in long-term care settings across various locations in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated care
- Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation via EHR systems
- Travel to assigned facilities as required
What You Bring
- Current Illinois license (or in progress)
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- PMHNP Board Certification preferred but not required
- Prescriptive Authority eligibility in Illinois
- BCLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Passion for providing mental health care and working with geriatric populations
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in psychiatric settings (preferred, not required)
