Exceptional orthopedics team in the Joliet, IL area is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their growing team!
Ideal candidates will have experience working in orthopedics, or other relevant fields, however the team is also open to training a local candidate who is interested in orthopedics. Enjoy a great schedule and work closely with a team of excellent physicians!
Responsibilities:
- Full-time position – Orthopedics
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Assist in the OR and treat patients in clinic
- See new patient consultations, follow up patients, post-operative patients
- Work with board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons
- Join a large team of existing physician assistants and nurse practitioners, along with excellent clinical support staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a physician assistant
- Relevant experience in orthopedics
- Active Illinois Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License, or ability to obtain
- DEA License, or ability to obtain
