Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate do Department of Transportation testing and physicals.This role requires a strong foundation in medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage patient data effectively.
Duties– Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.- Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret diagnostic tests.- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical findings.- Document patient encounters accurately using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Cerner.- Assist in coding for billing purposes, ensuring compliance with ICD-10 standards.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical practices and advancements in the field.
Qualifications– Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field from an accredited program.- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and state licensure to practice.
– Proficiency in data management and electronic health record systems.- Strong understanding of medical coding practices, particularly ICD-10.- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.- Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.

Pay: $50.00 – $52.00 per hour
