Responsibilities:

As an APP at Duly, you will get the opportunity to:
  • Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships
  • Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from collaborating physician.
  • Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions
  • Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.

Additional information on the role:
  • This position provide afterhours telehealth clinic coverage for Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics.
  • Hours are 5-9p Mon- Fri, and 8-5 Sat and Sun

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant-Masters Degree.
  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Previous Experience (1+ years) in Family Medicine (Adult and Peds), acute care, or similar setting.
