With locations at Silver Cross, Joliet, and Morris, we specialize in comprehensive ENT services, including advanced diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures.
Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. The PA will work collaboratively with our experienced ENT physicians to deliver high-quality care to patients across all three of our locations. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of ENT conditions while fostering strong relationships with patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams, to diagnose ENT conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Perform in-office procedures such as nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and minor surgical interventions.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on the latest developments in ENT care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain).
- NCCPA certification required.
- Previous experience in ENT, surgery, or a related specialty is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel between Silver Cross, Joliet, and Morris locations as needed.

Pay: $130,000.00 – $144,000.00 per year
