Duties

• Perform procedures such as dermabrasion and triage to enhance patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and document changes in patients’ conditions.
• Participate in clinical trials to advance medical knowledge and treatment options.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, medication management, and treatment options.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills with experience in conducting assessments and providing direct patient care.
• Knowledge of MDS (Minimum Data Set) requirements for accurate documentation.
• Proficiency in performing basic medical procedures, including vital sign monitoring and triage techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $102,919.00 – $120,000.00 per year
