Position Type: Part-Time (3 days/week15-20 hours) with intention to increase to 25-30 hours/week.

Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This role is ideal for an APN who wants to work in a positive, affirming environment with highly skilled professionals, be fairly compensated, and still maintain a personal/family life.
Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive internal medicine care to adult patients
· Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
· Prescribe medications, including controlled substances
· Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare team members
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice goals
Qualifications:
· Advanced Practice Nurse licensure in the state of Illinois
· Completion of a Master’s level program in Internal Medicine
· Current DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal medicine
· Strong working knowledge of EPIC EMR system (required)
· Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
· $65/hour during a 90-day trial period
· $75/hour after successful completion of trial period
· Access to bonus incentives based on quality milestones
· Flexible schedule with part-time hours initially

Please note; after the trial period, the NP will be working independently with one doctor. Ideally, the candidate already has sufficient hours to qualify for independent practice authority.
