Job Title: Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – 3 Month Assignment – Part-Time
Remote / Telehealth – Spanish Speaking

Role Location: Fully remote.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay: $55-$75 / hour, based on experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and provide exceptional primary care to our patients via a pilot program telehealth offering in the Chicago market. Telehealth visits will be via video, phone, and may include asynchronous communication in response to survey completion. This is a temporary 3-month assignment with the option to extend if mutually agreeable. Expected hours are estimated at 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently delivers pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric healthcare and patient management via telehealth.
- Orders and interprets diagnostic tests.
- Prescribes medications.
- Educates patients and/or families about preventive care, medical issues, and use of prescribed medical treatments and/or medications.
- Monitors the effectiveness of interventions.
- Champions new patient acquisition.
- Adheres to all HIPAA protocols, clinical guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
- Participation in team meetings, education conferences, and special projects as required.
- Charts accurate ICD and CPT codes for billing purposes; closing charts in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice in the state of IL.
- The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of physician assistant or nurse practitioner experience including pediatric and adults.
- Current National Certification and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certification required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English required.
- HCC or RAF knowledge is desired.
