Full Job Description
FNP/PA shall perform all duties normally associated with the position of a practicing FNP/PA, including but not limited to:
Applicants must be fluent in conversational Spanish
Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
Writing timely and accurate documentation including; discharges and daily progress notes.
Achieving a reasonable level of productivity for a busy nurse practitioner/ physician assistant.
Attend all staff meetings and follow and develop protocols for the practice.
Participating in research studies supported by the clinic
Responsible for continuing to develop their own skills by attending company continuing education events and using the continuing education allowance to attend approved courses
Supervising medical assistants, other health care professionals and staff members where appropriate
Ensuring that standards of care are met by the FNP/PA themselves, other midlevel providers and other healthcare professionals
Assess and where necessary intervene to reduce the risk to the patient due to a diagnostic assessment or treatment plan chosen by all those under their direct supervision.
Work at the capacity of the clinic including scheduled weekends and Telemedicine shiftwork

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
