Full Job Description
PA/NP at Central DuPage Physical Medicine MUST be proficient with Joint and Trigger Point Injection/Intramuscular and infusions; manage patient care plans in a multidisciplinary environment. We are a clinic with all types of the newest and safest services.
Working Days: Tuesdays 2-7pm and Thursdays 2-7pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- MUST be able to perform joint and trigger point injections/intramuscular and infusions on a regular basis
- Consultations for pain management
- Supports the facility’s mission, goals, and objectives
- Conducts self as a positive role model and team member
- Assists the facility staff in identifying and solving patient-care problems
- Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers
- Interacts with others in a positive, respectful, and considerate manner
Qualifications:
- Ability to promote favorable facility image with physicians, patients, insurance companies, and general public
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems
Requirements:
- PA with active license in state of Illinois
